I don’t have the time or brain capacity right now to worry about things like my foundation, so I was thrilled to try the Smashbox Studio Skin foundation sent to me by Influenster for free.
The Product
This foundation is marketed as a long-lasting, hydrating foundation with a natural-matte finish. After trying it, I totally agree with that description! It’s also very buildable and easy to apply. The product comes in a glass bottle with a pump, and about one and a half pumps usually does it for me.
The Review
It’s summer, and foundation just seems to slide off my face this time of year. The Smashbox Studio Skin foundation stays put! I love the demi-matte finish, and it applies really easily. I’ve been walking to the metro every morning, and I was worried that my makeup would be messed up by the time I got to work. However, when I used this foundation with the Smashbox Photo Finish primer, my foundation survived all day! When I know I have a long day ahead of me, this is the product I reach for.
